Fradely Delacruz

Afro-Dominicana Bilingual Social Science & Education Researcher

  • With experience across academic, nonprofit, and legal sectors, I lead equity-focused projects that integrate qualitative and quantitative methods, community-centered evaluation, and systems-level strategy.

    My early experiences navigating complex systems and witnessing the impact of structural barriers deeply shaped my commitment to justice. 

    From a young age, I understood the value of evidence, advocacy, and collective support in advancing protection and equity. And as a bilingual Afro-Dominicana, I know that culture shapes knowledge, experiences, and outcomes. 

    This laid the foundation for my work today as a social science researcher, where I see how prioritizing collaboration with the people can positively improve programs and policies that directly impact them. 

    I’ve worked as an Associate Researcher & Project Manager at Georgetown University and Vanderbilt Peabody College, and will only further my mission as I pursue my pre-law education and continue my work as a Research Project Lead with Embraced Wisdom Resource Group.
