Founder & Principal Research Scientist

  • Luziaries LLC was founded by Fradely Delacruz, an Afro-Dominicana bilingual researcher with professional experience across academic, nonprofit, business, and institutional research environments.

    Fradely’s background includes work as a Research Associate and Project Manager at institutions such as Georgetown University and Vanderbilt University, with specialization in mixed-methods research, qualitative analysis, community-based evaluation, and research operations.

    As she pursues an M.S. in Data Analytics & Computational Social Science, her work continues to expand at the intersection of research, data systems, creative and cultural intelligence, and innovation—shaping Luziaries as both a trusted consulting partner and a platform for future research technology development.
